When you feel comfortable mixing then... Kick It Up A Notch!Try mixing powder pigments into other bases. Start by mixing a dark color of eyeshadow into a creamy mousse eyeshadow. You'll quickly see how simple it is to adjust the color level.You can do the same thing with blush. When you want more depth of color or intensity to a product you can use mineral mica pigments. custom blush.
